The client engaged us to completely transform their family townhouse in Lakeside Village, stripping it down to its bare structure and rebuilding it from the ground up. Our mission was to modernise this outdated home, enhancing both its functionality and user experience. We addressed and resolved several key concerns, including small room sizes, limited storage, low door heights, poor overall flow, outdated plumbing, and privacy issues from neighboring properties.
